Today we shall drive to Troodos Mountain range. These mountains are covered with pine and cypress trees. In our program, we have 2 villages to visit. Our first stop will be at Evrychou village. In the years of 1901-1954, the trains were operating from Morphou to Nicosia and Famagusta. Today we have a very nice museum which is called Cyprus Railway Museum which is located in this village. The trains tickets remaining from those days, the schedule, and many other documents, photos are remaining in this museum. After the visit we drive to Kakopetria which is one of the nicest villages in Troodos. We have our lunch in one of the local restaurants(extra) walk in the narrow streets of the old village and take wonderful photos. After lunch, we drive to the Troodos center where you can try some local sweets and drinks and if desired you can buy them after free tasting. The tour will end in Nicosia.
